Welcome to myDoodl. We provide a platform for users to create art and avail printing services, further details of which are outlined in these Terms of Service (ToS).

Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing our platform and services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

User Accounts and Access
To utilize our services, users are required to create an account, abiding by our eligibility criteria and ensuring the security and confidentiality of their account details.

Usage of Service
Users agree to adhere to our guidelines regarding acceptable use and content. We reserve the right to review and reject user content based on our discretion. Guidelines:

1. Originality is Key: Share only content you own or have the rights to share. This includes getting permission from anyone featured or mentioned in your content. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not create images containing copyrighted content. Any copyright infringement will be wholly placed upon the user(s). We urge users to flag any copyrighted images created by other users.

2. Safety First: Protect yourself and others from harm. Do not engage in activities that could harm myDoodl or its community members, compromise the Platform's integrity, or overload its systems. Avoid sharing content that could introduce software risks or attempt to breach the Platform's security and operational integrity.

3. Respect Privacy: Our Platform is a public space. Please do not share your own or anyone else's personal information.

4. No Commercial Activities: The Platform is not a place for advertisements, commercial solicitations, or engaging in commercial activities without our express permission. Also, refrain from collecting user information or sending unsolicited communications.

5. Appropriate Conduct: Foster a respectful atmosphere. Do not post or link to content that's illegal, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate. While myDoodl reserves the right to moderate content, we are not obligated to monitor everything.

6. Authenticity Matters: Be genuine and do not impersonate others, including public figures or myDoodl staff.

7. Enjoy the Experience: Engage with the community, share your passion, and have fun responsibly!

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Payments for our services are processed through Stripe.

Due to the entirely unique nature of every image and product produced, we strongly emphasise you customise your product to your exact liking before making payment. This helps us reduce waste and follow sustainability practices.

However, if you are not satisfied, you can cancel your order within 24 hours (by contacting [email protected]) or return the item within 14 days of placing your order. All returns are only valid if they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Return postage must be paid for by the customer.

Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, unless AI or user-generated, is our proprietary property and is protected under intellectual property laws.

Any copyrighted content/IP produced within the process of image generation belongs to their respective owners, and myDoodl does its best to ensure such images are not produced or distributed.

We urge users not to create images containing copyrighted content and to flag any copyrighted images created by other users. Any disregard for this policy will result in any copyright infringement being wholly placed upon the user(s).

Before submitting a copyright infringement claim, we advise consulting with a legal professional to avoid potential penalties for unfounded claims. myDoodl reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.

If you believe your intellectual property has been unlawfully reproduced on our Platform, please contact us with the following details for us to take appropriate action:

1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, email address, and either your electronic or physical signature, or that of the individual authorized to represent you.

2. A precise identification of the copyrighted content you allege has been violated.

3. The specific location on our Platform where the purportedly infringing material is found.

4. A declaration that you sincerely believe the contested use of the material was not authorized by the copyright owner, their representative, or the law.

5. A formal assertion, under penalty of perjury (as per relevant laws), affirming the accuracy of the information provided in your notice and confirming you are either the copyright holder or have been explicitly authorized to act on their behalf.

User Content and Conduct
Users bear sole responsibility for the content they create and share, ensuring it adheres to applicable laws and our usage guidelines.

Shipping and Delivery
Our role in the shipping process is limited to outsourcing to a third party, and we adhere to their policies and practices regarding delivery.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to safeguarding user data, barring payment details, which are managed by Stripe.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
myDoodl is not liable for issues arising out of product quality, delivery, and third-party actions. We provide the platform for the user to create and customise the graphic design, whereas the printing and delivery is managed by third party service providers, and hence is out of our control. We provide our services as is, without any warranties.

Governing Law
These ToS are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these ToS shall be resolved through a neutral arbitrator, subject to UK laws.

Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these ToS, with continued use of our platform constituting acceptance of these changes.
